munications concerning any place of detention or detained person whatever, and shall not, without the written authority of the Mentri Besar, commu
nicate to the public press information derived from official sources or connected with his duties or the place of detention, and any such communication by an officer without authority, will be regarded as a breach of confidence and will render him liable to dismissal.
