Section 24

The Superintendent shall ensure that every article of food supplied for the use of the detained persons is sound and of good quality, and that the scales, weighs and measures in use in the place of detention are accurate and in proper order.

Superintendent shall take special care to see that the rations issued are strictly in accordance with the prescribed scales of diet and that every detained person receives the diet to which he is entitled.
