Section 13
The assets of any insurance fund established under section 20 of the
Order and the assets of any registered insurer for the purposes of section 21 of the
Order shall be valued in accordance with this Part.
(2)
In determining the surplus of any insurance fund established in respect of Brunei Darussalam policies, only Brunei Darussalam Insurance Fund Assets as defined in Part V shall be taken into account.
