Vacation of office

Section 9
The office of a member shall be vacated if the member —
(a)
becomes mentally disordered and incapable of managing himself or his affairs;
(b)
is adjudicated a bankrupt;
(c)
is convicted of an offence involving dishonesty or fraud;
(d)
fails to attend, without leave of the Board, three consecutive meetings of the Board; or

(e)
resigns from his office.
