Go into liquidation

Section 4
For the purposes of this Act, a company goes into liquidation if —
(a)
it passes a resolution for voluntary winding up; or
Insolvency 22
(b)
an order for its winding up is made by the Court at a time when it has not already gone into liquidation by passing a resolution for voluntary winding up.
