Section 77
(1)
The Attorney General may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, make rules prescribing all matters which are required or convenient to be prescribed, including the prescription of the forms to be used in connection with the registration of any industrial design or any other proceeding before him under this Order, and of fees, and generally for giving effect to the objects and purposes of this Order and for the due administration thereof.

Such rules may make different provision as respects different classes of case to which they apply, and may include such incidental and supplementary provisions as the
Attorney General considers expedient.
