Neither the Registrar nor any public officer –

Section 72
(a)
shall be taken to warrant the validity of the registration of any industrial design registered under this Order; or
(b)
shall incur any liability by reason of, or in connection with, any examination required or authorised by this Order, or any report or other proceedings consequent on any such examination or investigation.
