Section 11
(l)
Subject to subsection (2), an industrial design the publication or use of which would be contrary to public order or morality is not registrable.
(2)
The publication or use of an industrial design shall not be considered to be contrary to public order merely because it is prohibited by any law in force in Brunei
Darussalam.
