Section 7
The following are notifiable transactions for the purposes of this rule -
(a}
the grant of a licence or sub-licence for the ~se of a protected international design (Brunei Darussalam);
(b}
the grant of any security interest (whether fixed or floating) over a protected international design (Brunei Darussalam) or any right in it.
