Section 17
Any act required or authorised under these Rules to be done by or to a person in connection with -
{a)
a request for protection of a design as a protected international design (Brunei Darussalam); or
(b)
any procedure relating to a protected international design (Brunei
Darussalam), may be done by or to an agent authorised by that person orally or in writing.
