Section 17

Any person who fails to comply with or give effect to an order made under subsection (2) of section 14 commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, a term of imprisonment not exceeding one year or both, and to a further fine not exceeding $1,000 for every day during which such failure continues.
