Power of Collector to obtain information from other authorities

Section 86G
(1)
For the purpose of complying with a request under section 86D, the Collector may request the Collector appointed for the purposes of the Stamp Act (Chapter 34) to transmit information in his possession to him.
(2)
Notwithstanding any obligation as to confidentiality imposed under any written law, the Collector appointed for the purposes of the
Stamp Act (Chapter 34) may transmit to the Collector information requested by him under subsection (1).
