Section 11E

Where the Collector is satisfied that an employer has made a contribution to the Employee Trust established by section 6 of the

Employee Trust Act (Chapter 167) in respect of any of his employees, there shall be allowed to the employer a further deduction of the amount of that contribution in addition to the deduction allowed under section 11.
