Section 7
Any hibah which is dependent on the occurrence or non-occurrence of an uncertain future event is not valid.
(a)
A makes a hibah to B of a house if B is married. The hibah is not valid.
(b)
A makes hibah to B of fruits if its yield is good this year. The hibah is not valid.
