Section 17
(1)
A hibah made by a parent to his minor child, or by a guardian to his ward, is valid without any formal delivery of possession.
(2)
A hibah made to a minor, an insane person or a sajih by a person other than his parent or guardian, shall be validated by delivery of possession to his parent or his guardian, as the case may be.
