Section 16
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, make regulations to provide for and in relation to giving effect to —
(a)
the Basel Convention; and
(b)
any amendment or protocol to the Basel Convention which has come into force and has been accepted by the Government.
