Section 4

Any person, whatever his citizenship who, within Brunei Darussalam, commits, aids, abets or procures the commission by any other person of a breach of any of the Conventions or Protocols not covered by section 3, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years.

Any citizen of Brunei Darussalam who, outside Brunei Darussalam, commits, aids, abets, or procures the commission by another person of a breach of any of the Conventions or Protocols not covered by section 3, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years.

Subsections (3) and (4) of section 3 apply equally to proceedings brought under this section.
