Section 13

If any of the Conventions or Protocols are amended, the Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan and by order published in the Gazette, amend the Schedules in such manner as appears to him necessary to give effect to those Conventions or Protocols.
