Section 6
When a notification has been published under section 5, the Director shall publish in convenient places in the vicinity to the land, and elsewhere as he may deem expedient, a proclamation in the Malay language and in such other languages as the Minister may in any particular case direct —
(a)
specifying as nearly as possible the situation and extent of the forest proposed for reservation;
(b)
setting forth the provisions in substance of the next following section;

(c)
explaining the consequences which, as hereinafter provided, will ensue on the reservation of such forest; and
(d)
fixing a period of not less than 3 months from the date of the publication of such proclamation, and requiring every person who has any objection to the reservation of such forest or who applies to exercise any privilege which is being or has been exercised in or over any part of the forest, to present to the Director within such period a written notice specifying, or to appear before him within such period and state the nature of such objection or privilege.
