Establishment of lobster fishing areas

Section 24
(1)
The Minister may, by notification published in the Gazette, establish areas in Brunei Darussalam waters as lobster fishing areas.

(2)
In the notification under subsection (1), the Minister shall declare a closed time for lobster fishing.
(3)
The limits of any area established as a lobster fishing area may be altered by the Minister by notification published in the Gazette and the notification may also provide for the area to cease to be a lobster fishing area.
