(2)
Every auditor of a finance company shall submit to the Authority a copy of his report as to every balance sheet and profit and loss account
(including every consolidated balance sheet and consolidated profit and loss account) that he is required under section 133 of the Companies Act
(Chapter 39) to make to members of the finance company.
