Section 57
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any distillation, fermentation, bottling, blending, compounding or varying of intoxicating liquors by –
(a)
a medical practitioner;
(b)
a pharmacist registered under the Pharmacists Registration Order, 2001
(S 21/01); or
(c)
a qualified chemist with the approval of the Controller, which is proved to the satisfaction of the Controller to be for genuine medicinal or scientific purposes or to any distillation of essential oils.
