Where in any prosecution under this Order it is relevant to ascertain particulars as to the registration or licensing of any vessel registered or licensed in any port of Brunei

Darussalam, a certificate purporting to be signed by the officer responsible under any written law for the time being in force in Brunei Darussalam for such registration or licensing shall be

prima facie evidence as to all particulars concerning such registration or licensing contained therein, and the burden of proving the incorrectness of any particulars stated in such certificate shall be on the person asserting the same.
