Distillation and Manufacture

Section 7
(1)
No person shall distil or manufacture any duti-able goods except under and in accordance with the provi-sions of a licence issued by the Controller, and at the distil-lery, factory or place of distillation or manufacture specified in the licence.
(2)
Such licence shall be issued at the discretion of the Controller, and shall be subject to such conditions as may be fixed by him from time to time.
(3)
There shall be charged for such licence an annual fee to be determined by His Majesty in Council annually in each case.
