Powers to examine and secure attendance

Section 15
The Authority may —
(a)
take a statement from any person supposed to be acquainted with the facts and circumstances of matters under this Act or any regulations made thereunder, and to reduce into writing any statement made by the person so examined;
(b)
require by notice in writing the attendance before himself of any person being within Brunei Darussalam who, from information given or otherwise, appears to be acquainted with the facts and circumstances of matters under this Act or any regulations made thereunder and that person shall attend as so required.
