Section 35
(1)
The Minister may, with the consent of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, make such regulations as he considers necessary or expedient for giving effect to and carrying out the provisions of this Act, including the prescription of fees or other things required to be or which may be prescribed under this Act, and for the due administration thereof.
(2)
Such regulations may include such incidental, consequential and supplementary provisions as the Minister considers necessary or expedient.
(3)
Any regulations made under this section may provide a penalty on conviction for the contravention thereof of a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or both.
