Section 23
(1)
If the Authority is satisfied that the matter constituting the basis on which a prohibition notice is served on a registered supplier has been rectified, the Authority may serve on that registered supplier a cancellation notice that cancels the prohibition notice.
(2)
A cancellation notice shall specify the date on which the cancellation takes effect.
