Notification of change in particulars, information or documents submitted
of Energy Efficiency (Standards and Labelling) Act

Section 11
(1)
A registered supplier shall, within 21 days after any change in the particulars, information or documents required to be submitted to the
Authority under section 8(3) occurs, notify the Authority in writing of the change.
(2)
Any person who contravenes any requirement of the Authority under subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
(3)
The Authority shall, after receiving a notification under subsection (1), make such amendment in the register as it considers necessary to record the changes.
