Registration requirements
of Energy Efficiency (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards and Energy Labelling) Regulations, 2023
(1)
An application to register any registrable goods, or to renew the registration of any registered goods, shall be -
fa) made in such form and manner as the Authority may determine; and
{b) accompanied by -
(i)
a test report in respect of the registrable goods issued by a specified laboratory, showing the energy efficiency of such goods and such other information as the Authority may require;
(ii)
such other documents and information as the Authority may require.
(2)
On the registration of any registrable goods or the renewal of the registration of any registered goods, the Authority shall issue a certificate of registration to the registered supplier of those goods in such form and manner as the Authority may determine.
