The Commissioner of Labour shall be the officer in charge of the general administration of this Order and any Deputy Commissioner of Labour or
Assistant Commissioner of Labour appointed under the Labour Act (Chapter 93)

BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE may, subject to the provisions of this Order, perform all the duties imposed and exercise all the powers conferred on the Commissioner by this Order and every duty so performed and every power so exercised shall be deemed to have been duly performed and exercised for the purposes of this Order.

The Minister may in writing appoint such public officers with such powers as he may consider necessary for carrying into effect the provisions of this
Order.
