(1)
A licensee shall, within 14 days after any change in its person in charge, notify the Commissioner in writing of full particulars of such change.

(2} If the licensee is a partnership, it shall. within 14 days after any change of partnership, notify the Commissioner in writing of full particulars of such change.
Notification of cessation of business.
