Employment Agencies (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 2004

These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Agencies (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 2004 and shall commence on the same day as the Employment Agencies Order, 2004.

Application for grant or renewal of licence.

A licence granted or renewed under the Order shall be in Form 3 in the First

Schedule.

Records.

Form 4 and Form 5 of the First Schedule and shall include such other records as the Commissioner may require.

Fees.

An applicant for the grant or renewal of a licence shall pay the fees prescribed in the Second Schedule.
