Section 80
Every employer who undertakes to provide accommodation for workmen employed either by him or by some other person with whom he has entered into a contract of service, shall provide and maintain for those workmen and their dependants —
(a)
sufficient and proper hygienic accommodation;
(b)
sufficient supply of wholesome water; and
(c)
sufficient and proper sanitary arrangements.
