Appointment of officers

Section 3
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint a
Commissioner of Labour and such number of Deputy Commissioners of
Labour, Assistant Commissioners of Labour and other officers as may be necessary for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
(2)
The Commissioner shall have the general responsibility of all matters to which this Act relates.
