Liability on breach of contract of service

Section 20
Subject to any provision in the contract of service to the contrary for the payment of a greater sum, the party who is in breach of the contract of service is liable to pay to the other party a sum equal to the amount he would have been liable to pay under section 23 had he terminated the contract of service without notice or with insufficient notice.
