Forms of contract of service

Section 15
(1)
The Commissioner may approve a standard form of contract of service to be used by any person.
(2)
Every employer shall furnish the Commissioner with a quarterly report of all persons newly-employed during each quarter under the approved form of contract of service, together with a certificate to indicate that the conditions thereof were read over to and understood by the employee before he signed it.
