Powers of entry, inspection and enquiry

Section 118
The Commissioner and any authorised officer may —
(a)
enter and inspect, without previous notice at any hour of the day or night —
(i)
any place where he has reasonable cause to believe that any employee resides or is employed; or
(ii)
any building occupied or used for any purpose connected with that employment; and
(b)
make any enquiry which he considers necessary in relation to any matter within the provisions of this Act.
