Section 109

The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and

Yang Di-Pertuan, make regulations to regulate the employment of children in any occupation and no child or young person shall be employed under any circumstances or under any conditions which may be prohibited by the

Minister by such regulations.
