Section 61
(1)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, make regulations to prescribe anything which is required to be prescribed under this Act and generally for the carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
Any regulations made under this Act may make different provision for different cases or classes of case and for different purposes of the same provision.
