Section 43
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, recognise certification authorities outside Brunei Darussalam that satisfy the prescribed requirements for any of the following purposes —
(a)
the recommended reliance limit, if any, specified in a certificate issued by the certification authority;
(b)
the presumption referred to in sections 20(b)(ii) and 21.
