Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Electronic Transactions Act.
(2)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification in the Gazette, appoint different dates for the commencement of different provisions of this Act and for different purposes of the same provision.
