(2)
If at the expiration of one month the Minister is satisfied that the school has ceased to exist, he shall cause a notification to that effect to be published in the Government
Gazette, and the school shall be deemed to have ceased to exist from the date of such publication, and the Minister shall thereupon strike the school and the managers and teachers thereof off the register.
