Section 50
(1)
It shall be the duty of the chief executive —
(a)
to immediately suspend or dissolve a student body or organisation upon receiving from the Registrar General a direction under section 49; and
(b)
to inform the Registrar General of the execution of that direction within a period of 3 weeks of its receipt.
(2)
Failure to execute his duties under subsection (1) may result in the cancellation of the chief executive’s registration.
