Section 20

All schools within the National Education System and registered under this Act shall use a curriculum known as the National Curriculum which shall be prescribed by the Minister.

The National Curriculum prescribed under subsection (1) shall specify the knowledge, skills and values that are expected to be acquired by pupils at the end of their respective periods of schooling and shall include the core subjects and such other subjects as may be prescribed.
