Section 142

Any schools, governor or manager registered or deemed to be registered under the provisions of the Education (Non-Government Schools)

Act (Chapter 55) (repealed by the Education Order, 2003 (S 59/03)) shall within 6 months of the commencement of this Act, be required to register under this Act.

References to governor or board of governors to include manager and board of directors.
