Section 105

Subject to sections 103 and 104, the Registrar General shall, upon an application for registration under this Part and after such inquiry as he may consider necessary and upon payment of such fee as may be prescribed, register the applicant and issue to him in the prescribed manner a certificate of registration as a teacher.

The Registrar General may impose such conditions as he thinks fit when registering an applicant under subsection (1) and may at any time revoke or alter the conditions.
