Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 3 A of the Rules of the Supreme Court, I hereby confer and impose upon the Chief Registrar, the Deputy Chief Registrar, the Deputy Registrar and the Registrar of the Supreme Court such powers and duties as are in England exercis-ed and discharged by the Masters, the Chief Registrar or the like officers of the Supreme Court of Judicature.
