Section 15
(1)
Where the defendant fails to comply with an order under sections 13 or 14, the court or a judge may order that he be detained in a civil prison until the disposal of the action.
(2)
No person shall be detained in prison under this section —
(a)
after he has complied with such order; or
(b)
in any other case, for a longer period than 6 weeks.
Application by defendant.
