Section 98
(1)
Every notice or document required by this Order to be served on any person may be served –
(a)
personally upon such person; or
(b)
by sending such notice or document to such person by registered post.
(2)
A notice or document sent by registered post to any person shall, except for a notice referred to in subsection (4) of section 70, be deemed to have been served on him at the time at which it would have been delivered to him in the ordinary course of the post, if such notice or document was addressed –
(a)
in the case of a body corporate or any unincorporated body of persons –
(i)
to its registered address;
(ii)
to its last known address; or
(iii)
to any person authorised by it to accept service of process;
(b)
in the case of an individual, to his usual or last known place of residence.
