Section 69
No goods of an inflammable nature or of such a nature as to be likely to cause detriment to other goods shall be deposited in any customs warehouse without the sanction of a senior officer of customs, and if any such goods are landed lawfully outside the limits of a port declared under the Maritime and Port Authority of Brunei Darussalam Order, 2016, they may be deposited, at the expense and risk of the importer thereof, in any place but at such limits as the senior officer of customs may think fit. Whilst so deposited, such goods shall be deemed to be in a customs warehouse and, unless within a period of 14 days they have been duly cleared or warehoused in some approved warehouse, shall, at the expiration of such period, be liable to be dealt with in the same manner as goods of a similar nature actually deposited in a customs
